Serial Perpiheral Interface (SPI) Evaluation Board
The Everspin Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) Evaluation Board is an Arduino shield configured daughter board that will support an evaluation of any Everspin Serial SPI MRAM with the following MCUs.
- ST Microelectronic’s STM32 NUCLEO
- Freescale Kinetis Freedom
- NXP LPCXpresso
- Renesas GR-PEACH
The board is supplied populated with Everspin's industrial-grade 1Mb Quad/Serial mode MR10Q010 MRAM.
The Arduino pinout and supplied reference code only supports SPI mode. Quad-SPI is not currently supported out-of-the-box. Quad-SPI operation is possible with custom wiring to manufacturer-specific headers on various MCU platform boards that include a Quad-SPI peripheral such as the ST NUCLEO-L476RG)
The board is for evaluation purposes only and not intended to be used in production applications.
