Everspin Unveils 256Mb xSPI MRAM With Key Production Milestones

Everspin Technologies has expanded its high-reliability xSPI STT-MRAM portfolio, announcing production qualification for its 64Mb MRAM and introducing a new 256Mb MRAM density for next-generation memory solutions. The AEC-Q100 Grade 1–qualified 64Mb device is now available for high-volume production, while the 128Mb and 256Mb MRAM products are scheduled for qualification in 2026, supporting scalable and high-performance persistent memory applications.
